GENERAL TREATMENTS

Asthma (GENERAL TREATMENTS)

Asthma (Tamaka Shwasa) is a chronic respiratory condition caused by Vata-Kapha imbalance, while Azoospermia (absence of sperm in semen) results from Shukra Dhatu depletion and hormonal imbalance. When both occur together, it reflects deeper systemic imbalance, weak immunity, and stress on Prana Vayu (life force) and Shukra Vaha Srotas (reproductive channels).
Ayurveda treats both with a holistic, root-cause approach using detox, herbal medicines, and tissue rejuvenation therapies.

Ayurvedic Treatment Approach:
1. Panchakarma Detox
• Vamana (therapeutic emesis): Clears excess Kapha from lungs (for asthma)
• Virechana: Removes Pitta-related toxins to balance hormones
• Basti: Strengthens Vata, improves fertility, and relieves chronic conditions

2. Herbal Medicines
For Asthma:
• Vasa (Adhatoda vasica) – Reduces bronchial inflammation
• Yashtimadhu (Licorice) – Soothes respiratory tract and boosts immunity
• Sitopaladi Churna – Balances Kapha and supports lung function
For Azoospermia:
• Ashwagandha – Improves sperm production and reduces stress
• Shilajit & Kaunch Beej – Stimulate spermatogenesis and increase vitality
• Gokshura & Safed Musli – Rejuvenate reproductive tissues

3. Rasayana Therapy
• Promotes overall strength and longevity
• Revives both Prana (life force) and Shukra Dhatu

Diet & Lifestyle Tips:
• Include: Warm water, light food, ghee, milk, dates, almonds
• Avoid: Cold foods, dairy at night, oily/fried food, late-night eating
• Practice Pranayama (especially Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) and gentle yoga
• Avoid cold exposure, dust, and mental stress
