Fibroids (TREATMENT FOR WOMEN)

Uterine fibroids (called "Granthi" or "Arbuda" in Ayurveda) are non-cancerous growths in the uterus caused by Kapha and Vata imbalance, along with accumulation of Ama (toxins). Symptoms may include heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, bloating, and sometimes infertility.
Ayurveda aims to shrink fibroids, balance hormones, and strengthen the uterus through herbal remedies, detox therapies, and diet-lifestyle changes.

Ayurvedic Treatment Approach:
1. Panchakarma Detox Therapies
• Virechana (Therapeutic purgation) – Eliminates Pitta and hormonal toxins
• Basti (Medicated enema) – Balances Vata and reduces fibroid growth
• Uttara Basti – Specialized enema through vaginal route (under strict supervision) to directly address uterine health

2. Herbal Medicines
• Kanchnar Guggulu – Breaks down fibroid mass and clears Kapha accumulation
